Job Description

To align employee goals and performance with that of the Organization. Identify skill gaps among employees and teams then develop and deliver training to bridge those gaps. Develop Learning and Development strategy in line with business objective and plan the execution. Track and monitor training effectiveness.

Delivery of the annual Training Plan in line with Driver Training Team
Develop and manage Learning Framework
To manage the provision of an effective induction and initial training plan for all new employees
To ensure that all specialist skills training is delivered by the best provider to meet the skills requirements
Develop and manage company’s Health and Well-being Strategy
Develop competency framework, identify critical roles and oversee the implementation of career path and succession plans
Manage and develop Learning portal ( LMS)
Capture and utilize health and wellbeing data to monitor and report on issues in order to inform the management
Develop and deliver in house training , such as Frist aid, customer service
Champion Performance management system along with development plan
Champion the Operate Training
Support competency mapping for Drivers and Technicians
Manage departmental social activities along with employee communication
Ensures all audit requirements are met in training and development
Responsible for the maintenance and integrity of confidential files and electronic staff database
Assumes other related responsibilities and undertakes projects as required
Ensure compliance in a timely manner from all staff and managers with regard to all HR policy and procedures
Ensure that the required annual quota of training, as regulated by the Ministry of Labour is undertaken
Assist in Other department activities such , Recruitment, payroll, employee discipline management.

Requirements

Graduation or diploma holder in Management

Certified Train the Trainer Course

Independently develop content for training

Certified Training Professional

Ability to work on own initiative with the ability to juggle demands of the role

Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with people effectively, feedback constructively and portray a non judgmental approach to all.

A proactive ‘can do’ attitude and portray role model behavior within the position

Willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule as needed

Heavy Vehicle Technician - Isa Town, Bahrain

Job Description

To undertake general vehicle maintenance and routine repairs on the bus fleet, ensuring that all work is carried out in line with the agreed process and to a high standard, and that safety is observed at all times.

Diagnose defects and effect repairs to engine, gearbox, chassis, axles, steering and brakes.
Fault diagnose, using specialist equipment relevant to vehicles.
Repair vehicles to Company and Statutory standards.
Repair defects and identify with vehicle types
Prepare vehicles for Annual test/Passing
Carry out the Lubrication of all vehicles in accordance with company and manufactures guide lines.
Service vehicles in accordance with Company and vehicle manufacturing specifications and to Company and Statutory standards.
Maintain documentation as per documented quality procedures.
Demonstrate flexibility in line with operational requirements.
Maintain good housekeeping and conform to health, safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements

A qualified Diagnostic or Technician. Either academic or vocational qualifications are essential.
